Open the app, go to Account then Security Settings, and toggle on Biometric Login. Your phone will prompt you to scan your fingerprint or face once to register it for future sessions.

The app runs on Android 8.0 and above with at least 2 GB of RAM. If your phone is on an older Android version, the mobile browser version of 999wan remains fully functional for all sections.

Tap the chip row at the bottom of any screen, select JazzCash, enter the amount, and confirm with your JazzCash PIN. The balance reflects in your 999wan account within the same session in supported regions.

Most Android devices block installs from outside the Play Store by default. Go to Settings, then Security or Privacy depending on your Android skin, and allow your browser or file manager to install apps.
